Our Celtic Sea Salt is harvested in the northwest corner of France. It is naturally harvested by a cooperative of farmers in Brittany. The methods used for gathering these nutritional salts follow 2,000 year old Celtic traditions that have been improved by modern quality control standards. The French Government prides itself in this unique resource and has preserved thousands of acres of pristine wild marsh, as a "National Treasure" and "Protected Site", so that these areas will continue to produce Celtic Sea Salt for centuries more.

Light Grey Celtic Sea Salt:
Treasured as the finest of all condiments in France and many other countries outside of the United States. Free of any processing, it is dried only by the hot summer sun and wind. It is harvested by expert Salt-farmers who delicately gather the salt from the marshes with wooden hand tools. Its' characteristic Grey color can be attributed to the pure clay soild of the manicured basins.

Flower of the Ocean:
Very small, white crystals that naturally form on top of the brine. These contain all the minerals of the clean Celtic waters This salt has a very unusual and precious character. Often described as "The Feminine Salt" this is the finest gourmet salt available. These crystals are lighter in color and smaller than the Grey Celtic Seal Salt crystals, and are delicate enough to be crushed between the fingers. Its floral aroma makes it a perfect table salt; bringing a wonderful flavor to salads and a variety of other fresh dishes.

Fine Ground Celtic Sea Salt:
Ground on granite stones then sifted. It offers the convenience of a "Shaker Salt" with all of the mineral benefits of the Light Grey Celtic Sea Salt.

Natural Bath & Animal Salt:
